Kentisbeare v Clyst Hydon -
Friday November 16th 2007.

Kentisbeare A - 3 Clyst Hydon A - 2

This was probably Kentisbeare's best performance of the season so far, with every single player in the squad having an outstanding game. Clyst Hydon were at full strength with some exceptional players and looked very strong, especially for the first five minutes or so. Then, against the run of play, James Smith scored a deflected goal to put Kentisbeare one up. Clyst Hydon equalised before James Smith scored again. Another equaliser was scored in the second half by Clyst Hydon. With Kentisbeare playing some superb football, Liam Magrath set up Rory Thomas who scored a well deserved winner.

Kentisbeare B - 1 Clyst Hydon B - 3

The last time we played Clyst Hydon B, back in September, we won 4-0. This game was a different story with Clyst Hydon being a much improved side. Olly Cooper maintained his excellent form and scored the first goal of the game. Clyst Hydon equalised by half time, went 2-1 up early on in the second half, then scored a third. The game could have gone either way as both teams played well with Clyst Hydon just having the edge.

Payhembury v Kentisbeare -
Friday October 12th , 2007

Payhembury B - 2 Kentisbeare B - 6

Another good performance by everyone in the team. Kentisbeare dominated the first half scoring four goals without reply. Isaac Hicks, the Kentisbeare keeper, didn't have a single shot to save in a very one-sided half. The second half was a bit different though, with both Payhembury and Kentisbeare scoring two goals. Kentisbeare ended the game winning 6-2. Olly Cooper, the captain, had another exceptional game scoring four goals. Jonny Lorimar also played very well and managed to score two well deserved goals.

Payhembury A - 1 Kentisbeare A - 9

This must have been one of Kentisbeare's best performances for a while. Although the score was 9-1 to Kentisbeare, the match wasn't quite as one-sided as the scoreline suggests. Chris Wilson-Date played extremely well in goal making at least five top class saves. All in all it was a very good team performance with goals from Rory Thomas (2), Cody Gray (2), Llewe Allen (2), James Smith, Joe Palmer and Josh Edmond.

Kentisbeare V Clyst Hydon -
Friday September 28th 2007.

Kentisbeare A v Clyst Hydon A

An excellent game of football between two very evenly matched sides. James Smith made it 1-0 to Kentisbeare early on with a superbly taken goal. Clyst Hydon equalised just before half time. Half way through the second half Rory Thomas took a free kick from 15 yards and scored a goal Ronaldo would have been proud of. Kentisbeare finished the game winning 2-1.

Kentisbeare B v Clyst Hydon B

Clyst Hydon started very well with Joe Palmer making some very good saves. Kentisbeare soon started to dominate the possession with Olly Cooper eventually scoring a superb hatrick. Paddy Ellicott scored the other goal in a 4-0 win for Kentisbeare.
